ARMSTRONG, J.P.T.* -- At issue in this appeal is the trial court's dismissal of plaintiff's case, one month before trial, under CR 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(3). The dismissal was based upon a contractual forum selection clause that specifies Nevada courts as the proper forum for litigation. We affirm the dismissal.
